Immersion: Organized in conjunction with Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, LA. Immersion allows first year medical students (MS1) a 16 hour job shadowing experience with volunteer Primary Care physicians within a 30 mile radius. Rural preceptors, 30 to 60 miles outside of Shreveport/ Bossier City, are available upon request.
